A: Magic water is formulated using only 2 clean ingredients - electrolyzed water and nano colloidal silver. This broad spectrum antimicrobial spray can be used for fur-baby’s daily hygiene sanitation and spot treatment.

A: Soothing water is a novel combination of electrolyzed water with pet-safe French lavender essential oil to soothe, and food-grade probiotics to alleviate itch. This spray can be used for fur-baby’s daily hygiene + natural fragrance and pet products sanitisation.

A: Magic Water Spray combines the broad spectrum antimicrobial properties of colloidal silver and electrolyzed water. It can help alleviate and prevent common pet conditions like skin irritations, bacterial, fungal and yeast infections, insect bites, tear stains, inflammation, abrasions and wounds. Soothing water is the perfect solution to sanitize and freshen up your fur-baby’s body, carrier and bedding. Enjoy the lingering natural lavender fragrance after each spray.

A: Expiry dates are stated on individual bottles. They have shelf lives of 3 years from the date of manufacturing.

A: Our pet care and wellness products are manufactured in Singapore and using only natural and premium ingredients.

Our magicians are a little snobby and believes good magic comes with the best ingredients.

A: To keep the formula 100% natural, we use only pet-safe french lavender essential oil to create the fragrance in soothing water.

As there is no chemical fragrance added, the natural lavender essential oil fragrance may not last as long. You may respray as needed.

A: Both magic water and soothing water are safe for daily use.

A: You can spray the product on a tissue to wipe, or spray the product directly on the pup’s paw/hygiene areas (avoid directly spraying on pup’s face) and wipe after.

A: It is very common for pets to sneeze. Most of the occasional sudden sneezing is due to irritants - I.e. dust mites in his nose that are triggered in contact with the nature of anti-bacterial properties of the spray.

Pawrents do not need to worry too much about it. It will be fine once your pup gets used to the product.Our mist has very fine water particles, which may cause sneezing as the water droplets go into their nose. We recommend maintaining a distance when spraying on your pet’s fur.

A: It does act like a paw balm to a certain extent. Nano colloidal silver particles are very effective in treating wounded and sun-damaged skin. It helps to cure fungal/yeast infections (i.e. ringworm, mites, skin infections, flea infestations) and speed up tissue renewal.

A: The sprays have no harmful effect on sensitive skin. All our ingredients are natural yet have amazing antimicrobial and anti-inflammation properties. If your pet has sensitive skin and you prefer to use unscented products on him or her, we recommend you to use magic water.

Magic water is safe for open wounds or post surgery recovery usage. It helps to speed up wound healing and repair. Colloidal silver has many useful properties such as anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, and anti-oxidative properties that can be used in the treatment of chronic wounds.

A:There is no fetal risk associated with the ingredients. It is incredibly mild on your pets skin.

A: No. Our formula is tested to have a soothing effect on pets. It reduces discomfort (i.e. skin dryness, irritation and itchiness)

A: Yes, you may spray magic water or soothing water over your fur-baby’s body, and then brush through. This helps to sanitize his or her coat, at the same time making brushing easy.

A: Yes, our products are safe for households with pets, children and elderly. Some customers like to spray soothing water over their pillow as a soothing pillow mist. This helps to sanitize and freshen the pillow before bed time.

A: Cancellation of orders can only be done within 12 hours of the purchase. All products purchased exceeding the cancellation window are final and non-refundable.

A: We accept payments from Visa or Mastercard credit and debit cards. Gold bars are welcomed too.

A: For local (Singapore) orders, please allow up to 3 working days to dispatch your order. For international orders, please allow 7-14 working days. Delivery timeframe excludes weekends & Public Holidays.

A: Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We ship all international orders delivery duties unpaid, which means any fees will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient (if any applicable). Unfortunately these fees are beyond our control, and we are unable to cover them for our customers.

A: You can make changes to your shipping address within an hour after purchasing. Just drop us an email to hello@apetstory.co with your order details and new shipping address.
